Hi! The other day I went to a bazaar. The veggie stands were colorful, the chicken stands were brimming with live and dead chicken, and the fish stands were bizarre, because some of the fish were in little plastic dishes filled with a centimeter of water, but they were still alive! They were flapping and squirming around. Some were still. It was creepily fascinating to watch. Is creepily a real word? Anyway, the highlight of the bazaar was the real live goat next to the goat meat stand we went to. Since mom and I were waiting for the meat to be prepared and ordered , I took some pictures of the live goat. It posed, and afterwards it was always turned towards toward me while I was at the stand. I didn't realize why until I came in his range. He licked the end of the bow that was on my pants as if he were going to eat it! After that I made sure he couldn't reach me. (He was tied to a bicycle.) Later, when he saw he couldn't get the bow, he walked away towards the bicycle. I was about to follow when I noticed he had left me a little present. I stayed away from him after that.
Right now I'm at a tea garden. The leaves they use to make tea (tea leaves) are picked and processed here. My uncle is the manager of this garden. He has a big golden retriever named Jimmy. Guess what Jimmy eats? Marie biscuits, rice and lentils, roti and milk, mangoes, soup and sweets are only part of his diet. This morning I brushed his fur, but I don't think he liked it, because afterwards whenever he saw me he barked as if I were a stranger. I had to feed him2 Marie biscuits to make him stop. We brought him a shirt, but it was a little too tight. The flea and tick collar we also brought is now constantly worn by him, though. This morning, I started to pet him, and whenever I started to leave he would bark. I spent 15 minutes just stroking his fur. Today only dad and I were home, so I got to pick today's lunch menu. I feel like I'm in an aristocratic Greece though, because there are servants. There is a cook, a driver, and 4 other servants. It makes me feel uncomfortable. The huge bungalow (did I mention I was staying in one?) is also beautifully furnished. There is this huge granite bathtub in our bathroom. Right now I'm at an Internet Cafe, because the bungalow we're staying at doesn't have Internet connection. Go figure. I have to go now. See you later.Bye!

I miss winter!
It is too hot here! I miss winter! The fans shut down during a 2 hour power outage, in the afternoon, and there was another 2 hour outage at 4:20 a.m. I also can't sleep, because I fall asleep at 4:00 p.m. thanks to the time change. I'm covered in mosquito bites. They itch! Visiting family is fun though. I have also accomplished my lifes goal, (eating a specific indian dish which I can't spell), but I made a new one. this is the first time i have internet since i left for india. It was a long, annoying, nauseus, flight. the food was good (ish!), but since it was on a moving plane, it didn't taste good. its fun here. eating good food, having fun, talking with family. did you know there is an Indian flaver lays(chips)? It is masala and lime, with a pretty henna designed package. I cut my hair. Now it is super short. It feels good, and cooler, but I look kind of weird. I'll try to get a picture next time. I wonder when next time will be... Anyway, I went with my cousin, mom, dad, and other cousin to the second biggest mall in Asia. The streets are crowded. there are people, rickshas, cars, taxis, vans, bicycles, and motorcycles on the same narrow street. I'll try to upload a picture of that too. Anyway, I'll post more when I think of more. Bye!

Last weekend.....happy or sad?
Yesterday was Saturday. I went to a party! It was a party for the festival of color, where people throw color at each other! Well, technically, it was color powder mixed with water, but it was still fun! We took water gun thingies and sprayed each other all over. Then we sprayed the late comers and threw water balloons ate each other. Then, dripping wet, I played volley ball with the also dripping with color big peoples. then badminton. Then catch. Then I took a shower. Then I ate. Then I played more volleyball and badminton. then I went home and slept for 9 and a half hours.
Today, instead of packing, we watched Roger Feder win his 14th grand slam. I wonder if I should be happy or sad about going to India. I am happy about going to see family, but I'm sad about leaving school so early. I'll miss my friends, my classes(maybe sort of possibly)I'll miss my teachers(when they are not assigning homework)...... I'll miss my "aunts" and "uncles"(you know who you are).... well, I guess i should be happy. I've got to go, bye!

Chocolate.....
Guess what? On Sunday, we bought $100 worth of chocolate but only ate $3 of it! How unfair is that! Now I have to ponder dessert options knowing that we have chocolate that I can't eat and will never eat. I mean, sure its just stuff like really tiny snickers, twix, and milky way, but I iz craving chocolate! And its all for my cousins. (Sorry for the grammatical error if you're reading this and just happen to be my English teacher). Anyway, at least I know the people who get the chocolate will be happy. I hope. If they are not, I'm taking the chocolate back and eating it. Anyway, we are still packing. the chocolate takes up room. Must stop thinking about chocolate. Sweet, delicous, creamy... Sorry, I just had our last peice of lindt. Apparently there was still one piece in the cupboard. Anyway, bye! Now I'm hungry...
